The expected delivery time has passed; where is my order?

In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. If you have waited an additional 3 days beyond the initial estimated delivery time and still have not received your order, please contact us.

What are the delivery charges?

When you order from The Gentleman's Brand, we take care of everything! Delivery is completely free on all orders.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Unfortunately, it is possible that your order may be damaged during delivery. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately at mail. It is essential to take photos of the damage and attach them to your email. Please do not return the item without sharing the photos with us first, as we may not be able to find an appropriate solution otherwise. Our customer service team will handle your request promptly.
